Built by an outbound team, for outbound teams
We run outbound calling ourselves. The same problems kept coming up: reps drift off script, new callers take a long time to ramp, and the best opener lives in one person’s head. So we built the tool we wanted for our own calling — and made it available to other agencies and calling teams.
BeastCaller turns your best script into an interactive, branching Call Flow on every rep’s screen — so every caller, new or seasoned, remote or in-house, delivers your proven opener and objection answers. Beast Mode takes care of the dialing, call recordings help you coach, and owners run the whole floor from one browser tab.
It is a young product. We would rather show you exactly what it does today than promise what it might do tomorrow — see the product demo and the changelog.

BeastCaller runs on your own Twilio account. You keep your numbers and pay Twilio’s per-minute rates directly.

- Interactive, branching Call Flows: opener, discovery, objection answers and close as phases and cards
- The Call Flow on screen in the live call console: Live Cards hold the lines your caller reads, and the arrow keys switch phases
- Beast Mode queue dialing that moves to the next lead after each disposition — one line at a time
- Multiple phone numbers per lead, with the next number picked for you
- Quick Actions — one-click webhooks to send a contract, book a meeting or notify your team
- Campaigns and lead queues, CSV import and an API for pushing leads
- Owner, admin and agent roles with campaign-level access
- Call recording with a consent message, switchable per workspace, and call history for coaching and QA
- Notes, an activity log, and personal and team performance dashboards
- English and German interface, and two-factor authentication
Supporting tools
- Optional audio clips on Hotkey cards, recorded or uploaded once and played by the caller with the card’s key (1–9, then F1–F12)
Pre-recorded audio in calls is regulated in many markets (e.g. US TCPA/TSR, UK PECR, Germany UWG). Only use it where you have the required consent.
