Both tools play recorded audio in calls
This isn't a BeastCaller exclusive. PhoneBurner's help center describes Click to Present, which plays a recording into a live call after the contact gives permission, with the agent staying on the line. In BeastCaller, a rep can put an approved clip on a Call Flow card and play it with the card's number key at the right point of the conversation.
Pre-recorded audio in calls is regulated in many markets (e.g. US TCPA/TSR, UK PECR, Germany UWG). Only use it where you have the required consent.
