Nooks alternative: a focused power dialer with your script on screen
Short answer: Nooks is an AI sales platform built around a parallel dialer; BeastCaller is a power dialer built around your script. Nooks combines a multi-line AI dialer with multichannel sequencing, buying signals and AI coaching, and sells it by custom quote. BeastCaller does one job: it dials your campaign's leads one line at a time on your own Twilio account, with your team's branching Call Flow on every rep's screen.

A platform or a dialer?
The first question isn't about dialing at all. Nooks sells much more than a dialer. Its FAQ says its AI Sequencing "fully replaces Outreach and Salesloft", its signals point reps at accounts that show buying intent, and its AI coaching covers roleplay and call scoring. For a software company's SDR team that wants to run prospecting, sequences, calls and coaching in one place, that's the appeal.
Plenty of calling teams don't need that. If you already run your pipeline in a CRM, or you're an agency working inside each client's systems, a platform that wants to replace your sequencer is more change than you're looking for. What you need is a dialer that keeps callers talking and a script that keeps them on message. That's what BeastCaller is.
AI talk tracks or your own script?
The two tools answer "what should the rep say?" in opposite ways.
Nooks gives reps dynamic talk tracks built from AI account research. That helps an experienced SDR who wants fresh context on every call.
BeastCaller gives every rep the same script, written by your team: your best caller's opener, qualifying questions and objection answers, laid out as a Call Flow. Each line sits on a Live Card with a trigger that tells the rep when to use it, and Logic Splits branch on the prospect's answer. That fits teams that need control over the words:
- Agencies, because clients approve what callers say on their behalf.
- New callers, who need a fixed path through the call more than fresh context.
- Managers, who fix a weak line once, and every rep gets the new version the next time they open the call console.
Our objection handling script shows what that structure looks like, card by card.
Where Nooks is better
An honest list. If most of these matter to you, Nooks is probably the better choice.
- Parallel dialing with AI answer detection, for more conversations per hour on lists that rarely connect.
- Voicemail on autopilot. Nooks automates voicemails and next steps, leaving a pre-recorded message instead of the rep.
- Research before every call. AI account research and dynamic talk tracks for each prospect.
- Live coaching. Managers can listen in and whisper-coach from a virtual Salesfloor.
- Sequencing and signals. Multichannel sequences across calls, email, SMS and social, with 100+ pre-built buying signals and intent scoring.
- AI coaching, with roleplay scenarios, automatic transcription and AI call scoring.
- Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong and Apollo.
- Caller ID health tools: number rotation, carrier registration and reputation monitoring.
Pre-recorded audio in calls is regulated in many markets (e.g. US TCPA/TSR, UK PECR, Germany UWG). Only use it where you have the required consent.
Where BeastCaller is different
- Self-serve prices, from one caller. $49 a month for 3 callers and $99 for 10, with a 14-day trial and no credit card. See pricing.
- Focused. A dialer, the Call Flow, recordings, call history and team roles. No platform migration and no sequencer to replace.
- Your Twilio account and numbers. Twilio bills minutes at its own rates, with no markup from us. How it works.
- A script you control, changed once for every rep, instead of talk tracks that differ per call.
- One campaign per client, each with its own leads, Call Flow and Quick Actions. Agents only see the campaigns you assign them. See cold calling software for agencies.
- One line at a time. Every pickup reaches a rep who is already on the line. Beast Mode moves to the next lead after each call outcome is logged. See how power and parallel dialing differ.
Which one fits your team
- Nooks: a B2B sales development team that wants to consolidate prospecting data, sequencing, parallel dialing and AI coaching on one platform, and has the volume to use it.
- BeastCaller: an agency or calling team of 3–30 that already has a CRM (or works in its clients'), calls from shared scripts, and wants a dialer it can set up itself. See cold calling software for teams.

Running BeastCaller next to your sales stack
- Keep your CRM as the system of record. Import call lists into BeastCaller campaigns by CSV, or push leads in through the REST API.
- Put your talk track into a Call Flow, starting from the SaaS cold call script or the gatekeeper script.
- Name call outcomes after your pipeline, such as Meeting booked, Follow up and Not a fit.
- Hand off with Quick Actions. One click sends a booked lead to your CRM, calendar tool or team chat through a webhook, for example with Zapier or Make.
- Coach from recordings. Review a few calls per rep each week and fix the cards where calls go off track.
