The Twilio power dialer for calling teams

You pay two bills, and both are simple:

• BeastCaller: from $19 a month for one caller. A team of 3 pays $49 a month and a team of 10 pays $99. See pricing.
• Twilio: minutes, numbers and recordings at Twilio's own rates, billed by Twilio to your account. BeastCaller adds no markup.

The cost breakdown below shows what Twilio usage comes to for one rep and for a team.

What BeastCaller adds on top of Twilio

Twilio gives you the phone network: numbers, call minutes, recordings. It doesn't give your callers a dialer, a queue or a script. BeastCaller is that layer.

• Browser dialer. Reps call from a browser tab, ideally with a headset. Nothing to install on their machines.
• Beast Mode queue dialing. Beast Mode dials the campaign's leads for the rep, one after another and one line at a time, so the prospect's "hello" always reaches a rep who is ready to talk.
• Multiple numbers per lead. A lead can have up to three numbers, and Beast Mode tries the lead's other numbers before it moves on. On leads with several numbers, a rep can flag a bad number in one click after the call.
• Call Flows. Your script becomes phases, cards and branches on screen during the call, the same for every rep. How Call Flows work.
• Call recording. Switch recording on or off for the whole workspace. Recordings, call history and notes are there for QA.
• Your numbers. Buy numbers in your Twilio console, sync them into BeastCaller in one click, and reps choose the caller ID in the dialer.
• Campaigns, roles and access. Owner, Admin and Agent roles. Agents only see the campaigns you assign them, which is how agencies keep clients apart.
• Quick Actions and an API. One-click buttons in the call console send the lead to any webhook, for example to book a meeting or notify a closer. Leads come in by CSV import or through the REST API.

What it costs: your plan plus your Twilio usage

BeastCaller starts at $19 a month for one caller ($15.20 a month with yearly billing). On monthly billing, a team of 3 pays $49 a month and a team of 10 pays $99. See pricing.

Twilio's US list prices (Twilio says "current as of August 2026"; checked on 2026-09-29):

• Outbound call to a US or Canadian number: $0.0140 per minute
• Browser (Voice SDK) leg: $0.0040 per minute
• Local phone number: $1.15 per month
• Call recording: $0.0025 per minute, plus storage at $0.0005 per recorded minute per month

How a browser call is billed. A call from the browser to a phone number has two legs: browser to Twilio, and Twilio to the phone. Twilio bills each leg per minute and rounds partial minutes up, so a 20-second call is billed as a full minute on each leg. BeastCaller doesn't use Twilio's answering-machine detection, so there is no per-call detection fee.

Worked example: one rep, 1,000 billed minutes a month, recording on.

Three reps at the same usage: about $66 in Twilio usage plus $49 for BeastCaller, so ≈ $115 a month for the team.

Three things move the number. Many short calls cost more, because each leg rounds up to the minute. International destinations have their own rates. And recording storage grows each month: recordings stay in your Twilio account, and Twilio charges storage for them until you delete them there. Twilio may also add taxes or fees to its invoice. Your Twilio usage logs show the real figures.

Dialers that bundle "unlimited" minutes build them into the seat price: PhoneBurner, for example, starts at $140 per user per month on annual billing. If your team dials very heavily, compare both models on your own minute counts.

What "no markup" means

• The Twilio account, the numbers and the Twilio invoice are yours.
• BeastCaller never resells minutes or numbers, so there is nothing to mark up.
• Every call shows up in your own Twilio logs.
• If you ever leave BeastCaller, your numbers stay in your Twilio account.

Set it up in six steps

BeastCaller's setup wizard (Workspace Settings → Network Connections → Twilio) walks you through each step:

1. Create or log in to your Twilio account.
2. Upgrade Twilio and add your business address. Twilio's trial accounts can only call verified numbers, so upgrade before you call prospects.
3. Copy your Account SID and Auth Token into BeastCaller.
4. Create an API key in Twilio and paste the key SID and secret.
5. Create a TwiML App, set its Voice Request URL to the address the wizard shows (copy it with one click), and paste the App SID. Without that URL, browser calls can't connect.
6. Save and connect.

Then buy local numbers in your Twilio console and sync them into BeastCaller (Team → Caller IDs → Sync). Import leads into a campaign by CSV or API, build or pick a Call Flow, and turn on Beast Mode.

BeastCaller vs building your own Twilio dialer

If you have developers, Twilio's Voice SDK lets you build browser calling into your own app, and open-source starter dialers exist. You would still need to build the parts callers actually use: a dialing queue, next-number logic, on-screen scripts, roles, recordings and one-click webhooks. BeastCaller is that work, done. Build your own if you need custom call routing; use BeastCaller if you want reps dialing this week.

Honest limits

• One line at a time. BeastCaller doesn't do parallel or predictive dialing.
• You need a Twilio account. Twilio's own upgrade and verification steps happen on Twilio's side and can take time.
• Twilio only. Other carriers aren't supported yet.
• No bundled minutes. Twilio bills your usage.
• Numbers are bought in Twilio, not inside BeastCaller.
• No native CRM integrations. Use Quick Actions and the API, for example through Zapier or Make.
• No SMS, no caller-ID reputation tools, and no AI that writes scripts or coaches during calls.

Other ways to dial on your own Twilio account

• DialSheet is free for one user (500 leads and 500 calls a month), and its Pro plan ($29 per seat) includes parallel dialing up to 5 lines on your own Twilio. It's a good fit for a solo caller who wants free, or for teams that want parallel dialing.
• Myphoner is a cold-calling CRM from $27 per seat per month that can run on your own Twilio account.
• Build your own on Twilio's Voice SDK, as above.

BeastCaller's focus is teams: $49 a month for 3 callers, branching Call Flows every rep runs the same way, and campaign-level access for agencies with several clients.

Who it's for, and who it isn't

For: agencies and calling teams of 3–30 reps who want one browser tab per rep, their own numbers, and one shared script. Solo setters and closers fit too.

Not for: teams that need parallel or predictive dialing, zero-setup calling with bundled minutes, native CRM sync, or high-volume consumer call centers.
