Cold calling software for teams: make every caller sound like your best one

A calling team is only as good as its average call. BeastCaller puts your best caller's talk track on every rep's screen as a branching Call Flow, dials each campaign's leads one line at a time with Beast Mode, and records calls so you can coach against the script. A caller in their first week works from the same opener, questions and objection answers as your best one.

14-day free trial · No credit card required

A team of 5 pays $79 a month and a team of 10 pays $99, plus your own Twilio usage, billed by Twilio at its own rates. See pricing.

Why calling teams drift, and what fixes it

Calling teams rarely fall apart all at once. They drift: each rep's version of the script moves a little further from the one that works.

What goes wrong What fixes it in BeastCaller
Every rep has their own version of the script One Call Flow per campaign, edited in one place, the same for every rep
The best lines live in one person's head Write them into Live Cards, with a trigger that says when to use each one
New callers freeze on objections One card per objection, in its own phase, reached with the arrow keys
Coaching happens from memory Call recordings and call history you can filter by caller
Reps lose minutes between calls Beast Mode dials the next lead as soon as the rep logs the call outcome
Nobody knows which client's list a rep worked One campaign per client or offer, each with its own leads, Call Flow and call outcomes

Your best call, on every screen

A Call Flow is your script, built for the way calls really go. You split the call into phases, such as Opener, Discovery, Pitch, Objections and Close. Each phase holds cards: a title, the line to say, and a trigger such as "They say: send me an email". Live Cards hold the lines reps say in their own voice, and Logic Splits put the right answer for each response side by side, for example decision-maker and not the decision-maker. In the live call console, reps switch phases with the ← and → keys, so an objection answer is always a few keystrokes away.

Here's the shape of a team flow:

Phase 1 · Opener
  ⚡ O1 Permission opener
Logic Split: how did they respond?
    ⚡ "Go ahead" → Phase 2 · Discovery
    ⚡ "Not interested" → Phase 4 · Objections, X1
⚡ Gatekeeper answers → G1 Ask for the decision-maker by name
Phase 2 · Discovery
⚡ D1 How do you handle [area] today?
⚡ D2 What would you change about it?
Phase 4 · Objections
⚡ X1 "Not interested" trigger: they say it in the first 30 seconds
⚡ X2 "Send me an email" trigger: they want to end the call politely
Phase 5 · Close
  ⚡ C1 Two-slot meeting ask

When a line stops working, a manager edits the card once, and every rep on that campaign gets the new version the next time they open the call console. More on building flows: call script software that runs inside your dialer. Ready-made flows to start from: the objection handling script, the gatekeeper script and the rest of the template library.

Coaching: from recordings to a better Call Flow

Scripts only improve if someone listens. A simple weekly loop works for teams of any size:

  1. Pick a few calls per rep. Filter call history by caller and choose a mix: a booked meeting, a hard objection, a call that ended early.
  2. Listen for where the call left the flow. Did the rep skip discovery, miss a trigger, or improvise an answer that already has a card?
  3. Decide: coach the rep or fix the card. If one rep struggles, it's coaching. If every rep stumbles on the same card, the card is the problem.
  4. Edit the Call Flow. One change reaches the whole team.
  5. Tell the team what changed, and listen for it in next week's calls.

Recording can be switched on or off for the whole workspace. If you record, tell the people you call; the rules differ by country.

Onboarding a new caller

  • Day 1. Share your team's invite link. The new caller joins as an Agent, and you point them to one campaign and its Call Flow. They read the flow and listen to a few recordings of your best caller on that campaign.
  • Day 2. They dial with Beast Mode, with the Call Flow on screen. You listen to their first calls in the recordings the same day.
  • Days 3–5. Coach one thing at a time, usually the opener first, then the objection they hear most.
  • Week 2. Add a second campaign when the first one sounds right.

The Call Flow carries the new caller through their first calls; your coaching does the rest. Callers need a browser, a headset and a stable connection, and the app is available in English and German.

Running the floor

  • Campaigns and lead queues. Import leads by CSV or push them in through the REST API. Each campaign has its own call outcomes, named after your pipeline.
  • Beast Mode. One line at a time: the next lead dials after the rep logs the outcome, and Beast Mode tries a lead's other numbers (up to three) before it moves on. On leads with several numbers, reps can flag a bad number in one click.
  • Roles and access. Owners and Admins build Call Flows and run numbers and settings; Agents only see the campaigns you assign them.
  • Quick Actions. One-click buttons in the call console send the lead to any webhook: book a meeting, notify a closer, or update your CRM through Zapier or Make.
  • Recordings, call history, notes and an activity log for quality control.
  • Your own Twilio account. Numbers stay yours, and Twilio bills minutes at its own rates with no markup from us. Set it up in six steps.

What a team pays

What a team pays per month on monthly billing (yearly billing costs less). Every user in the workspace takes a seat, managers included.

Users Per month
3 $49
5 $79
10 $99
20 $198
30 $297

Add Twilio usage for each caller: at Twilio's US list prices, about $22.15 a month for 1,000 billed minutes with recording. See the worked example.

Where BeastCaller fits, and where it doesn't

For: outbound, lead-generation and appointment-setting teams of 3–30 callers, in-house or remote, who call from shared scripts and want new callers productive quickly.

Not for:

  • Teams that need parallel or predictive dialing. BeastCaller dials one line per rep. See how the dialing modes compare, and the DialSheet, Orum and Nooks comparisons if you need it.
  • Managers who want to listen in live or whisper to a rep. Coaching in BeastCaller happens through recordings.
  • Teams that want AI to write scripts, score calls or summarize them. There's no AI in BeastCaller.
  • Teams that want minutes in the seat price and no telephony setup. You connect your own Twilio account; PhoneBurner, for example, includes unlimited dialing instead.
  • Everything inside the CRM. There are no native CRM integrations; Quick Actions and the API connect BeastCaller to other tools.

Frequently asked questions

  • What's the best cold calling software for a small team?

It depends on your calls. If your team calls businesses from a shared script, a power dialer with the script built in keeps every caller consistent. If your lists rarely connect, a parallel dialer may get you more conversations. Our dialer comparison explains the trade-off.

  • Do managers need a seat?

Yes. Every user in the workspace takes a seat. See pricing.

  • Can I listen to my reps' calls live?

No. BeastCaller has no live listen-in. You review recorded calls, which you can find in call history by caller.

  • How do I keep reps on script without sounding robotic?

Use Live Cards as prompts, not paragraphs: one idea per card, written the way your best caller says it. Reps read the card, then say it in their own words.

  • Can my callers work in different countries?

Yes. BeastCaller runs in the browser, the app is in English and German, and your Call Flows can be in any language. Twilio charges its own rates for each destination.

  • How much does BeastCaller cost for 10 callers?

$99 a month on monthly billing, plus Twilio usage.
